Looker is one of the top agents for the International Police. He's come to Alola with his superior Anabel to investigate some strange goings-on that have been reported. He has a habit of popping up all around the Pokemon World, and I'm sure Alola won't be the last time we see his friendly face! He tackles problems very seriously, but also has a calmer side that can be very hidden away.

For Looker's voice I think something like how he sounds in the "Pokemon Generations" Youtube Series would work well for him (Reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRvEVpdr8x8  You'll need to jump around through the action, sorry!). He's a very stoic Police Agent that when he needs to, can be very grounded and calm. Another point of reference you can use is the version of Looker seen in the mainline Pokemon Anime: (Reference Clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_VY-W5oOYE (Go to 45 seconds in and that's his only line in this scene)). My reference clip might not be the best showcase of this versions voice, but it's more of an eccentric and somewhat 'manic' take on his voice. You can go with a more serious looker voice like the first reference, or this slightly eccentric take if you want, just trying to give you more options and points of reference!

  • (Normal tone, talking to the Player)

"Can I count on your help in stopping these criminals? You and your Pokemon have just the kind of power to shut down these smiling villains."

  • (Angry)

"That's enough! The International Police will deal with you soon enough, and you'll answer for the crimes you've committed against Alola!"

  • (Optional) Improv something you think Looker would say.

Solid! Definitely a great fatherly adult voice well-suited for this kind of character! Best of luck to you!
