I'm looking for something to match Nolan North's Superboy/Superman or Wally Kurth's Captain Calan (from Generator Rex). He is direct, cautious and is an authority figure.
Lieutenant Steel runs the Secret Alien Containment Team, or for short, the SACT, a group of blackop agents that work for Area 51. Lieutenant Steel's job is to hunt, capture and contain aliens and the metahumans that run rampaging on Earth. When Lieutenant Steel discovers Ethan's ability for the first time, he is quite hesitant, but after getting to know him, he decides to let Ethan join on missions for the SACT. Lieutenant Steel serves as both Ethan's boss and his mentor.
Lieutenant Steel is in a majority of episodes in Season 1.
