MelancholyVA for Phil Mizuhana, The Ultimate Mangaka
Phil Mizuhana is the Ultimate Mangaka and the second protagonist. He's globally known as MangaBoi. His actions are pretty much reasonable but he gets shy when someone's stares at him, making him having this sort of phobia.
He gets hyped and more of a talkative person in a friendly conversation, talking about anime or manga. When he gets complimented, he would get frustrated and pouts, sometimes he will directly punch.
To calm his ego, he relieves his stress while drawing or listening to music. He usually sticks around with Emily, as a little brother does, he will protect her from any danger.
During trials, he helps the others with his knowledge with manga, connecting similar scenarios and deductions.
(Phil is a very timid person, but he gets very hyperactive when his passion are bringed up! UwU also he gets frustrated when he gets compliments)
(EDIT: Even female voice can work, as long as it sounds boyish and bishi)
(EDIT 2: Adding the typical young shounen voice, example could be Ikki from the Danganronpa Kill/Cure or any shounen boys you know)
(stating) "Manga and animes aren't just things to show off, they're the legendary tools to be an overpowered God! Yikes, you have to respect them!"
(whiny) "Aww- did my works sell out quickly!? That's sad, I should have bought one for myself too!"
(timid) "D-Don't look at me like that! It's just...making me...more and more uncomfortable...."
