"The shining Justice, here to save the World! May the Justice be on our righteous way!"...Kinda- Vic Norizaki is The Ultimate Police Officer and one of the foreign students. She was know all around Japan, inspiring her motivational Russian way for the righteous. Vic prefers to be called as a "he". Vic thinks that everything is fair, just to keep in mind to not limit things too much.
Vic tends to act heroic, determinative and strong, but Vic will react in certain moments very feminine.
(Vic voice is heroic and very boyish-You can try for the boyish vibe)
(heroic stern) "As a fellow guardian of Justice: I *must* protect our Nation- No... Our world and fight against criminality!"
(stating) "I'm not just a police officer, I'm a guardian of Justice: bringing peace is a duty and stop the evil that corrupts our sleep!"
(losing composure) "I-I uhm...just made that noise? I-It wasn't my intention to make that...weird noise..."
