Well you see, I don’t have enough room in my other building for a fully operational ground bridge portal and also this used to be a ground bridge control room so it’s got most of the room and equipment from back in the day when they used them.

According to my calculations, when we activate the portal another portal will open up in the place you are traveling to. All you need to do is walk through and you will be there.

It’s a communications device. I built it myself. It should be able to reach us here on Cybertron no matter how far you go.
