Star Wars: Knights of Zakuul Film Series (Recasting + Poster Artist)
Project Overview
A Half Life Engine (Garry's Mod) animated movie series, telling the tale of Pureus, a Knight of Zakuul under the Eternal Empire thousands of years before the battle of Yavin.
This project was originally birthed from the 2017 short film "The Price of Promise". The story seen in that film is set to be reconstructed to fit into the larger plot it has now been written into. Characters have been redesigned since the making of that film and it is within hope that it can be done with like minded people.
This series is in no way a comedy, parody or plagiarism of any existing story. This story is written to captivate audiences who appreciate a meaningful, inspiring and dramatic plot line. Because the universe was obviously not an original concept, this project is not for financial profit. However, those who participate may find themselves gaining much in the way of Voice acting talent and credibility. Anyone can voice for comedy, but putting emotion and strength into your words is what can earn you great recognition.
The three part series is composed in this order:
- Prince of Knights
- The Price of Promise
- The Price of Revenge
I wish to emphasise that there will be no political spotlights in this series as modern life has no place in fanatical stories. That said there will also not be any exclusion on anyone from this project based on their identity. Only their capability as a voice actor/actress.
Those who prove themselves best suited to each character from the demo lines we have provided will be invited to a discord channel hosted by the director. From there they will receive access to the script(s) relevant to the selected characters.

Arcann is a prince to his father, Emperor Valkorion under the Eternal Empire of Zakuul. During one of his missions along side his twin brother Thexan, He is critically injured in an explosion. His arm and the right portion of his face needed to be infused with enhanced cybernetics in order to survive but also peak his performance, incidentally fuelling his dark ambitions.
Arcann is blessed with a commanding baritone which is even further emphasise with his face mask filter which he uses to intimidate his enemies and subjects. He is often impatient but tactical all the same.

Whenever a Star Wars film within the Skywalker Saga has come out, there are many masterful movie posters that come with them.
For this project, I've made several attempts to emulate a couple of those concepts and because my amateur photoshop skills can only take me so far, I'm not finding myself happy with my results. To make matters worse, things kept changing while I was designing them, changes of which have finally stopped and finalised.
What I would need from someone in this role would be at least one movie poster for each of the three films. Aside from that goal in mind, creative control is in that person's hands. They will be given access to all our resources needed for this work and any further details can be queried about once that point is reached.
