Sonic Rush Cutscene Dub!
Project Overview
Sonic Rush is one of my favorite stories from a game, and I love this IP to death, but hardware limitations of the DS didn't permit full voice acting for this title, and this project aims to fix that. Essentially, just for fun, I wanna give every cutscene in this game (thankfully sorted into chronological order on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/nda4a0GA-KU , thanks Ovirtuous) full voice acting, from fans of the series, for fans of the series :)
I want to meet more Sonic V/As to work on more dubs in the future as well, so please feel free to let me know if after working with me on this project you'd like to be contacted for future dubs big and small, as it's a real passion of mine, but no pressure at all. Coming and going for this is all that is expected of you :)
Not a ton is expected of auditioners for these roles, just have fun, be 18+, and have a discord and leave it in your auditions so that I can contact you for further communication and direction around the project! All editing will be done by me, so just have as little background noise as possible and above all enjoy it! This will be posted on YouTube, but other than that this is almost entirely for fun.

Tails the Fox! From flying planes to building machines, Tails is a scrappy, nerdy fox who's always willing to lend a hand. I don't have a particular voice inspiration I'm looking for for this role, but my personal favorite portrayals throughout the series are Amy Palant, Kate Higgins and Coleen O'Shaughnessy, if you need inspiration. Equal parts over the top and dastardly, Eggman is best described as an ego-fueled scientist with a thirst for power as large as his wit. For this role, I'm looking for someone who can decently emulate the menacing and calculated undertones, as well as the comically over exaggerated energy of Mike Pollock. If you think you have a good idea for Eggman's delivery but its not particularly close to Pollock's works, don't sweat it! For the role of Eggman Nega I'm looking for someone with a more original, or at least different take on the character than Pollock's, so feel free to audition there! I'd love to hear what you've got. As sweet as she can be fiery, Amy Rose is characterized in Sonic Rush as an outspoken girl with a heart of gold, a temper that could rival Knuckles', and a little less than subtle crush on Sonic. Characterized as a more serious / goal oriented take on Eggman, Eggman Nega lets no boundary prevent him from his goals...even reality. A sweet, thoughtful rabbit with a heart for adventure, Cream the Rabbit is the guiding force to getting Blaze to open up in Sonic Rush. For this role, I'm looking for something with the essence of Rebecca Honig's work as the character. A minor character in this story, Vanilla the Rabbit is depicted as a caring guardian figure for Cream, and interacts with and assists Sonic and co. throughout the narrative. I have no preference for how she's depicted in this project other than a traditionally earnest, patient, and kind delivery.

A hot-headed guardian of the Chaos Emeralds, stones desired by all sorts for their power, this isolated character has perhaps the most in common with Blaze than anyone else. Despite this, he has a bone to pick with her as a bit of a running gag throughout the length of the story. For Knuckles, I'm looking for something as close to either Dan Green's or Dave Mitchell's knuckles as you can get. Either / or is fine, no strong preference.
