Project Overview
THIS IS AN UNPAID PROJECT
What is this?
This is a fandub project for the game Puyo (Puyo) Pop Fever 2. A Japan-exclusive puzzle game where 2 players have to connect colorful jelly-like blobs in order to clear them and send garbage to their opponent. I am a huge fan of this game franchise and translators such as Precise Museum and Saetta06 have been working hard for the past couple of years to translate this series into something everyone can enjoy.
Why?
So if translations are being produced, what is the point of this? This project is the start of the final touch the translations are missing. English Voice Acting. While the average person (who can speak English fluently) can read the translations, there are no voices to match! This is where YOU (potentially) come in! I need voice actors who are ambitious and are willing to sacrifice maybe an hour or 2 (that time in total across multiple weeks) to record some lines for these soon-to-be iconic characters.
Roles
This project's roles are separated into 5 categories. Lead, Major Supporting, Minor Supporting, Minor, and Story only. The Lead roles are characters who have the most story mode lines and are in about 10 or more cutscenes. With only 3 roles available for this title, if you are really willing to commit a bit more than the others to this project, try one of these. Major Supporting roles are characters such as the main antagonist, and tutorial. They're in less than about 10 cutscenes, but still have a lot to say in story mode. Minor Supporting roles are in about the same cutscenes as Major Supporting but have less to say in total. They're in multiple storylines, but don't appear for too long. The Minor characters are in about less than 5 cutscenes and don't say too much. Finally, "Story Only" characters have no battle lines, but storylines only, if you still want to show off your skills, but don't have too much time, try going for one of these characters!
Requirements
Please have a clean microphone. Don't comment rude things on other submissions, and try as many roles as you want.
How much do I have to record?
Minor characters have about a minute or less in lines
Story Only characters also have about a minute in lines
Minor Supporting have about 2 minutes in lines
Major Supporting have about 3 minutes in lines
and finally, Lead roles have about 6-10 minutes in lines

This is Feli. One of the supporting roles. Feli is questionably mysterious, and is quite skilled in the occult art of divination. Feli is a female student of a magic school in a town neighboring Primp Town and a visitor who visits Primp Magic School while accompanying her upperclassman, Lemres.

This is Ms. Accord, one of the minor supporting roles. She's a teacher at the Primp Magic School. She is usually calm and polite-spoken, even when feeling upset or angry. She is nearly always accompanied by her puppet cat, Popoi, who she claims talks because of her magic, despite him seeming to have some sentience.

Good morning class! It's another magical morning! How are you all doing today? Now, if you call back to yesterday, we were reviewing how to factor polynomials. Let's start with a practice question to start off class.

This is Stein, one of the minor roles. Stein is a frankenstein who usually translates his father's grunts to people. He is almost always seen with his dad, Stein, who usually protects him and is able to communicate with Stein clearly.

He says that a 2 on 1 battle is fair because why not? If you're so strong, you should be fine... ... ...at least I think that's what he said.
This is Hoho, one of the minor roles. Hoho is a strange bird that makes his nest near Ta-Toon-Da Castle. In the Japanese versions, all of his voice samples are pronounced by a "Ho Ho", while the English versions have him saying "Mm-hm". His lines in Fever imply that he is just one of an entire species. The Hoho Bird that we follow seems to believe himself a super-cool superhero.

This is Gogotte, one of the minor roles. Gogotte is a male, who used to be a giant, but after eating a defective concoction, he shrunk to normal human size. In the short appearances he has, Gogotte seems to have a carefree personality. He seems to only care about offering people his various concoctions.

This is Ocean Prince, one of the major supporting roles. He's a royal character who true to his nature often speaks in an archaic fashion and thinks of himself as hierarchy. Though ironically he's a slacker and a spoiled brat, hating to be in his castle and preforming prince duties, which is why he transforms himself into a fish to escape. This extends to how he responds to others, trying to force everyone he meets into submitting to his whims and working for him, even resorting to bribing on occasion. However being young he's rather ignorant of the world around him, which can cause him to get into hot water.

How rude!! You shall be punished by execution! ...In a Puyo Puyo Battle!
This is Otomo, one of the minor roles. Otomo, also known as Butler, is Ocean Prince's butler so to speak. He spends most of the game chasing after Ocean Prince (to whom he has taken a liking) to take him back to the castle, and informs the player of different things during the game.

Donguri Gaeru is a frog that rolls around in an acorn top. He only says ribbit and not a whole lot else. His name translates to "acorn frog" which is at the same time a pun on the word "dengurigaeri" (forward roll).
