Hello all, and welcome to my casting call! I'm looking to find a crew to help me develop a series I like to call MLP: Equestrian Rangers.
Equestrian Rangers is a My Little Pony fan series I made separate from the continuity of the show with original characters and an original story, though some of the settings and creatures remain the same. The series consists of about 3-4 story arcs and will last about 20-26 episodes.
The rate of villainy and monster attacks in Equestria has risen greatly. Alicorn Princess Felicity worries for the safety of her subjects as she cannot handle this onslaught on her own. For assistance, she reaches out to Ace Spades, a unicorn who is well known across Equestria for his connection to many ponies, clever ideas, and giving nature. He is assigned by her to form a team of ponies to fight off any threat that comes their way. Ace accepts and creates a team of ponies to be known as the Equestrian Rangers. With Ace as their leader and under the supervision of Felicity, the Rangers will grow and learn to work as a team and understand each other while defeating many villainous creatures.

I may or may not want animations in this series later, but I do want it to be of exceptionally good quality. Please be serious and committed to the project if you are casted. The Pony With The Plan. A unicorn and the leader of the Equestrian Rangers. Ace is well known across Equestria for his negotiation skills and connection to many other ponies. He loves giving to others and helping them out any way he can. He would rather take down his enemies using clever plans than by attacking.
Like I said, I may not be the fastest, and I may not be the strongest, but sometimes in order to win the game you need to have a plan.
I'm a dealmaker. Ponies come to me asking for things and it's my duty help them get it.
I know a pony who knows a pony who might be able to help you out with that.
A pegasus who is Ace's cowardly best friend. Teddy is a pony who is scared of literally everything, often freaking out and panicking because of it. From clowns to butterflies to chocolate pudding; you name it, he's scared of it. Teddy does not have his cutie mark yet because his fears have always gotten in the way of him finding his special talent.
I can fly... As long as it's no higher than two feet off the ground.
Oh, it's probably some kind of monsterous beast waiting out in the darkness for any unsuspecting ponies to eat.
I'd have my eyes closed out of fear right now but I'm also afraid of the dark!
The muscle. An earth pony and a member of the Equestrian Rangers. Brutus is the toughest and strongest member of the team and is the type who always wins. A lot of things make him angry and violent easily. Contrary to Ace, he would rather use brute force to defeat enemies than planning.
Don't bother getting up. It's only gonna hurt more.

A Pegasus and one of the Equestrian Rangers. As her name implies Giggles loves to laugh and she loves to try and make others laugh by playing pranks and telling jokes.
"Did you hear the one about the garden gnome that wanted to go to the movies? He wanted to go gnome-matter what! (laughs) Get it?"
Make me laugh. Tell another joke. Preferrably a pun.
The musician. A unicorn and one of the Equestrian Rangers. Melody is one of the most popular singers in all of Equestria and is usually preparing for a performance when she is not on a mission with the rangers. I may want a singing role for her later on so this may be a good audition if you are also a singer.
Raise the lights higher. I want to make sure the audience sees how shiny my mane is for the performance..

An earth pony and a member of the Equestrian Rangers. Cream is a good friend of Ace and Teddy even though she can be a little...ditzy. She has a very happy and bubbly personality and wants to be friends with everypony she meets.

She is the current alicorn princess ruler of Equestria who asks Ace to form the Equestrian Rangers. She acts very positive but can also be a very stern princess wanting to protect her subjects from any kind of disaster and doesn't like to show much weakness.

He is Princess Felicity's younger brother. He is much more carefree than his sister and likes to take advantage of his royal position. He loves his sister but also likes to mess with her on occasion.
