GLaDOS is a monotone computer system, very sarcastic and pretty mean most of the time.
There are many examples of how she speaks online, her cadence rarely changes. She sings songs in the game and there will be a very short song in the project, she does stay very monotone when singing too though. The four songs she sings are "Still Alive", "Want You Gone", "Don't say Goodbye" and "You Wouldn't Know" if you want to know how she sings, those are the best places to go.
