Blood is Back | A Five Nights At Freddy’s Visual Novel
Project Overview
If you have ever dreamed of working on a Five Nights At Freddy’s project, we have just the opportunity for you! 👻
This is a visual novel, which means it will be posted to our YouTube channel with visual effects, sound effects, and eerie music throughout it — if the time calls for such things, we may also branch out to posting it on Spotify as a podcast.
While the storyline is still in major production, we would like to grab as many people that are interested to speed the process up! The story will follow, as per usual, a night guard (the primary narrator) as they try their best to make it through all five nights at the infamous Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria; they will encounter various animatronics throughout their stay at the restaurant, and they may even stumble into a couple of original characters! :)

THE FOLLOWING SECTION IS FOR VOCAL AUDITIONS (VOCALISTS AND VOICE ACTORS)!
YOU MUST:
Have constant access to a good microphone (minimal background noises, crisp audio, zero static) and an editing software like Audacity.
Be fifteen years old or above.
Include a brief introduction in the description of your audition — include your Discord, as well! :)

In this visual novel, there will be a multitude of voice actors who will, upon auditioning for the project and being accepted, be given the chance to voice a character or multiple characters — you will likely have one primary character and one minor character if you choose to portray more than one character, but that could differ depending on the skill set you have!
You must be active in the community and submit your lines by the provided deadline. I will typically give voice actors around a month to complete the lines, so I am quite confident that everyone should be able to do so! :)
A good microphone is necessary! It does not have to be expensive, but it should be good quality; with that being said, you must have minimal background noise and static in your audition. We do not allow Apple earphones with the microphone attached, seeing as it doesn’t capture the pure quality of one’s voice.

If you’re able, show off your impressions of various characters! We would like to hear animatronic voices, Phone Guy, and any other crucial characters in the FNAF storyline!
Calling all styles of artists! We do not discriminate with artistic talent, but we do require simple shading, ability to be flexible, and the ability to complete pieces by the provided deadline!
We are looking for: storyboard artists, scenery artists, concept artists, and artists for our advertising team!

We would love a team of Editors and Script Writers to make our story indefinitely more interesting and engaging!
For the role of an editor, you would wait until the script writer(s) have finished creating the script and review it — you will add necessary changes and alter it as needed. You will need to have perfect grammar, an eye for incorrect spelling, and other simple writing skills.
For the role of a writer, you will need to work with the directors to format the script in its entirety. This should be in proper script format (view YouTube videos to get a good idea for what you will be required to replicate). You will need to be flexible, take directions well, and voice any concerns or questions you may have!

This is a mild role in our production, but is nevertheless exceptionally important!
You will be in charge of creating short animations of the characters in the story; this can be short clips from funny videos you may see or anything else that may engage others! Your content will be posted on our YouTube channel, and potentially on our other platforms.
