Project Overview

The Spectacular Spider-Man TV series was prematurely cancelled after two seasons, running from 2008-2009. However that all changes now (kinda)! We're SpectacleStars, a relatively small but ever-growing team of writers, artists, animators, voice actors, composers, etc., making our own fan-made continuation of this beloved series! The first major project we are working on as of now is an animatic/animated movie, The Spectacular Spider-Man: Geography 101, which takes place between the most-recent season of the series before it was cancelled (Season 2) and our own Season 3 continuation!

We currently have a few recastings for VAs open, and we are still very much in need of various other parts of production, such as Artists, Animators, Editors, Sound Designers, and more, so make sure to check out our open roles!We will be accepting applications for Artists, Animators, Editors, Sound Designers, and any other potential non-VA production staff roles on a rolling basis, so if the project page closes or expires, feel free to DM us on here or on our Instagram as well! We'll also be rolling over the project page on here as well, more or less until the job is done!

MOVIE SYNOPSIS

The life of our favorite webslinger is at a turning point, following the death of Norman Osborn, The Green Goblin. Spider-Man's relationship with the police has deteriorated as he is implicated in killing The Goblin, who has been publicly exposed to be Norman. Peter has to deal with Harry and Gwen together as a couple while he is completely alone. When Harry invites him and most of the students at Midtown High to a spring break trip to Miami, it seems as if he'll be able to take his mind off the situation he's in. However... trouble always has a way of finding Spidey, especially while there is a frustrated Kraven there hunting The Lizard! But is there anything more to this?
