Unnecessary Evils is an upcoming horror-comedy animated series that serves as a loving homage (if not a bit of a parody) of the classic Universal Monsters films of old. Particular sources of inspiration are the old Frankenstein films featuring Boris Karloff, the original Mary Shelley book (naturally) and Mel Brooks’ film Young Frankenstein.
