Located in the prosperous financial city of New Utopia, teenage twins found an exploding shooting star which apparently divided into the powerful elements of fire, electricity, wind, water, and earth. The twins only recovered the elements of electricity and wind, and they decided to use them on their project. However, they were exposed to these elements and began to change. Also, a great evil began to sweep across their prosperous city. In order to save their beloved city to fall in the hands of evil, the twins decided to take a stand and use their powers against evil. They must balance crime fighting and their daily school lives as they try to maintain their secret as superheroes.
