ICE-CREAM is the story of Elgin Foster, a fourteen year-old who goes to live with his dad in Arizona for the summer. While there, children start disappearing from the neighborhood and he suspects the local ice cream man, Mr. Handsome, is the culprit. When Elgin's little brother goes missing, Elgin has to delve deeper into the mystery and save his brother before it's too late!
