I tend not to have rates per hour or line of dialogue but try to find a fixed price for a project or project phase with the client. Simple reason being that it's easier to respect the budget expectations of both sides that way, plus the math becomes way easier. Any possible blow-outs or changes are simply covered by contractual agreement without extra charge, and if exceeded just simply require an additional contract for another fixed fee.

I grew up with audio drama on cassette tape (yeah, imagine you had to rewind spotify after listening to a song...) and they were my favourite thing in the world, so if I could work on something like that, that'd be rad. Other than that, I do video games these days, so anything from making the *squeeed-squeeeed* noise of your robot moving to the rustling of the leaves as your character sneaks through the night (or the explosion should their mission succeed/fail) makes me happy.
