Arlack

Greetings! I'm Joe, also known as Arlack. While I may be new to being a professional voice actor, I am far from a stranger to acting, or using my voice outside of normal settings.

Most of my life I have been a dungeon master and player in tabletop roleplaying games. Meaning I have had to voice characters of many different types, and act accordingly.

For 20+ years now I have been a homemaker. In that time I have had to balance being authoritative, kind and calm, as well as silly for the sake of my children. I have continued to play with my voice to entertain them.

I also spent a few years running an MMO guild. That gave me training in communicating with many different people in different ways with my voice.

Being educational and welcoming with guild members, and communicating important information clearly during hectic gameplay. As well as needing to be diplomatic and charismatic when dealing with people from all over the world.

During my highschool years and a bit after I did some stage work and improv.

Perhaps most important is that I am a quick study and a hard worker. My marine drill sergeant grandfather instilled in me one very important thing. "If you are going to do something, do it right!"
