Toshinori That's the way he's speaking the first lines is his All Might Persona deep and flashy and always smiling but as Toshinori he can smile and be happy sometimes and sure he's got a deep voice but he's not forcing it and he acts casual not forcing himself to sound a certain tone so retry it and see if my pointers help at all.
