Current Plot Line - Covering up the councils acts
At the moment a secondary character.
One of the council of five, he would rather do things the quick and easy way and kill someone rather than wait for a situation to resolve itself or try any other means. Not in it much to begin with but once the council disbands he will become one of the major villains, this applies to all the council members except Abraham.
He can sometimes get angry but most of the time his range is calm, clever, direct, evil.

People disappear all the time here, one more will just be another statistic and people will stop talking about him within a month I guarantee it.

You nailed the character. The only two problems I have is you need to project a bit more and the is a sound behind your voice. Like a whirring sound. Apart from those two complaints. Perfect.
